I Wish to let go…

I interviewed Jennifer Lee, Creativity Coach, today for the Journeys series (I will post it this Friday) – another wonderful call. Well, she tweeted later and I was curious and I followed her link to Jamie Ridler’s site… What a lovely place to visit! Jamie encourages her readers to share their Wishes every week in her Wishcast Wednesday, in the spirit that “there is great power in wishing together” (like the battery power of MasterMinding!).

So, it’d be rude not to join in! Here goes, I’ll cast a wish and share it – this week’s wish from Jamie is What Do I Wish to Let Go?

I Wish to let go of whatever I have in me that is holding me back, and to let go of criticism and guilt, worry and doubt, my protestant work ethic (work harder and longer, and seriously, and harder and longer) and concern over what other people think of me, in order to fully connect with and express the joy and love and optimism that’s running through me, stepping fully into the flow of creativity – and inspire others to do the same and really soar into their potential…

I’m sooooo looking forward to Taming Your Dragons next week – it’s working through all of this letting go of holding back stuff – how synchronous is that? LOA in action!

What do you wish to let go of? Post your wish on your blog and then link it back to Jamie’s site to share and empower!! CLICK HERE. thanks Jamie for this lovely connection…

ps. the photo credit is to my son TheO (age 4) – thanks TheO – you really captured chevron energy :-)

...we have a lot of choice in how and where we spend each of our 24 hours in our day. (Yes, those same 24 hours that everyone else has!) And of course, those choices we make have a huge impact on our thoughts, our feelings and our actions, which in turn have a huge impact on our careers and on our businesses. Read more...
